Dukes Residential LLC is an independent real estate brokerage based in Austin, TX. We represent buyers, sellers, investors, and renters across the Austin metro — built on the conviction that real estate decisions deserve clarity and careful planning, not sales pressure.

Where strategy meets local expertise

We built Dukes Residential to operate differently. As an independent, broker-owner-led firm, we structure every engagement around three principles:
