I’m Adrian Dukes, Broker/Owner of Dukes Residential, based in Crestview in North-Central Austin. I work directly with clients across the Austin metro, providing clear, intentional guidance at every stage of a real estate transaction.

Real estate decisions deserve a broker, not just an agent. I founded Dukes Residential LLC after a decade of full-time work across Austin and the Central Texas market to put that conviction into practice. As broker and owner, I'm the one who answers your call, reviews your contract, walks the property, and represents you at closing. Most clients never work directly with a broker — their relationship is with an agent who reports to someone they may never meet. Mine do. That difference means faster decisions, sharper advice, and one person whose name is on the door and on the line for your outcome.
